Player Changes

It was decided by Jakub, Justin and Steve to not invite the 'family' (Walter, Peter and Marius) for the third indoor session.

It was determined that one reason for our lack of success was that we had too many players, which led to too many changes resulting in a lack of flow and deminished playing time for some of our better players.

Although they all had some really creditable games for us, they also sucked at times and showed a real lack of heart in our 9-1 thrashing to miss the play-offs.

Jakub also was not happy when trying to contact Peter, and was told he was not there, when it was obvious to jakub that he was and just did not want to talk to him.

The real focus is moving to the outdoor season where we felt that none of the three would really upgrade the team from 2006. Peter has some real quality, but his lack of commitment would be the issue.
